Smart Home Setup

A defined scope for eligible plug-in devices, hubs, software configuration, and non-security scenes and automations, followed by testing and homeowner guidance.
Connectivity Reset

Troubleshooting for your router, mesh network, and supported device connections. Cabling and wiring are excluded.
Technology Tune-Up

One local diagnostic and software checkup of up to 90 minutes on site, with findings and next steps.
Home Technology Care
$447 / quarter
One planned local visit of up to two hours per quarter, plus up to 15 minutes of remote help in each plan month. $447 paid quarterly in advance ($149/month equivalent). No rollover or automatic renewal.
Defined scope. Clear pricing. Packages cover the stated scope and may finish in less than two hours. Additional work and visits require approval and are separately priced. Equipment, subscriptions, approved outside-area travel, and applicable taxes are separate. Standard additional labor is $100/hour; additional hourly visits have a $200 minimum. Agreed Priority packages add 15%; Emergency packages add 30%. Care includes Standard scheduling; urgent extra visits are separate. Read all pricing and service terms.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE SCOPE?
Smart Home Solutions focuses on home-technology consulting, compatibility planning, eligible software and plug-in device configuration, homeowner education, and bounded troubleshooting support.
This offering excludes security monitoring, emergency response, security-system design or service, security camera installation or servicing, smart-lock or alarm-sensor work, electrical or HVAC wiring, and locksmith work. Requests requiring a licensed trade are referred to an appropriately licensed provider. Each request is reviewed before acceptance.

STANDARD
$100 / hour
Normal calendar availability. Appointments may be several weeks out. $200 visit minimum.
PRIORITY
$115 / hour
Agreed expedited scheduling within 14 days, subject to confirmation. $230 visit minimum.
EMERGENCY
$130 / hour
Agreed urgent scheduling within 72 hours, subject to confirmation. $260 visit minimum.
Two-hour minimum per hourly visit. Additional time is billed in 15-minute increments. Materials are separate. Actual project time is billed, including planning, sourcing, project travel, and related cleanup. Scheduling windows are not guaranteed until confirmed.
PAYMENT & TRAVEL
Daily payment by Venmo or Zelle is standard for hourly work. Fixed packages are payable on completion, with earlier authorized costs settled daily. Care is paid quarterly in advance. Check payment adds 10%; agreed deferred invoiced billing adds 15%. Payment adjustments apply to service charges, excluding reimbursed expenses and taxes. Premiums do not stack. An invoice documenting daily payment does not incur a premium.
Initial and return local travel is included within approximately 15 minutes of Providence Road and Fairview Road/Sardis Road in Charlotte. Other travel charges are disclosed before scheduling. Project-specific travel after work begins is billable. Materials and approved outside expenses are reimbursed at documented cost. A normal Standard opening may occur sooner without an expedited rate.
ESTIMATES & APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION
Ballparks are planning estimates, not fixed bids or maximum charges. Unforeseen conditions can change the work required; material scope changes are discussed before substantially proceeding.
An appointment is scheduled after agreement on the scheduling category and payment arrangement, acceptance of the service policy, and confirmation by CourtWorks. Additional authorized work is billed at the applicable terms.
